Great experience at this Subway! Ajay, the manager, was super friendly and professional. You can tell he really cares about the service and the customer experience. The place was clean, well-organized, and my order was perfect. Big shoutout to Ajay for running things so smoothly!
Hair all over the bread and awful customer service. I went in to collect an app order and was ignored. I had to get the attention of the staff who wouldn't acknowledge me. Got home to find that the bread had hair all over it. I contacted customer service, they emailed back immediately asking for pictures which I did not have as I was so angry, I threw the sandwich straight into the bin and they didnt bother to email back. We turned up around 10.10pm (closing time 11pm) and you could tell they didn't want us there and couldn't wait to close. Told us meatballs weren't available due to closing shortly and proceeded to talk to each other in their native language whilst ignoring us. Obviously this is extremely unprofessional and very very disrespectful and I am not opposed to people speaking other languages but this was disgusting behaviour. The staff is always arguing with each other specially the manager there. It's supposed to be a quick service however you end up waiting atleast 15 20 minutes to get your order even though there is only 5 6 customers. They are running around like headless chicken and always messing up your order. Like I have to tell them how to make my order. They need more staff and proper training. It's the only halal subway but if the food is served at poor quality I rather bring my business else where
