This utility company is exactly the reason why we need to have a nationalize utility grid there is no reason why a private company should be running our water gas or electricity all that should be paid with our taxes like other countries this is a joke and you people need to start voting for Representatives that are going to start taking power away from these companies

This is the third time in four years. My water bill has gone from three units a month to 60+ units a month. And the only one that lives in my home and I’ve not had any leaks at all and certainly not to the tone of over 50,000 gallons of water. I filed a complaint on September again in November again and January to no avail. I’ve had my water shut off twice now because I refuse to pay the amount of this overage that nobody can seem to explain. Worst utility company to deal unprofessional reps on the phone and they don't take responsibility when they're pipe breaks at the meter site instead they say its not our problem don't bother asking for a payment plan from them cause they will not do it I hope this company goes bankrupt with how crooked they are
