I live in West Covina, and I want to share what just happened to me so other families can be aware. Recently, the water company (Suburban Water Systems) shut off my water without ANY notice at all — no letter, no email, no 15-day warning, no 48-hour shutoff notice. Absolutely nothing. I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service experience I had today while attempting to resolve an urgent matter regarding my utility account. 3rd world service and looks like they might be cutting people because no-one answers during business hours and never returned calls after leaving messages with answering service.
