I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service experience I had today while attempting to resolve an urgent matter regarding my utility account. Due to ongoing financial hardship, I’ve been doing everything possible to keep up with my obligations. 3rd world service and looks like they might be cutting people because no-one answers during business hours and never returned calls after leaving messages with answering service.
The support I received from Surburban Water Systems is awesome. Mariana was the one who helped me through the process of transferring water service to my name in the city of West Covina. She was very professional in our communication and kept in contact with me all the time to make that water had been connected. She provided feedback by email and by phone throughout the process. Excellent customer service!
