The owner, Bill, is a 10 out of 10. Needed a last-minute tuxedo rentals. Called Suburban at 9 am and attended a 2 pm wedding in Newport. Bill put together a very nice tuxedo (better than I forgot to bring with me from our home 3.5 hours away) for me. A positive, can-do attitude throughout. Thank you!

I needed to buy a very specific tux with a one week deadline. Not only that, but I am 17 years old and female, so it would need to be heavily tailored. Many places laughed at me or treated me poorly, and almost all said no. He treated me with the upmost respect, and could handle my requests perfectly. I had a last minute plan and needed a suit within the next 2 days. He was so efficient and personable, and I was able to have my suit the next day. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend. The suit also was nice and snug while not being too short.

In this time of year, the availability of tuxedo rentals is very limited. Though it didn’t work out, I appreciate that he took the time to work with me over the phone and to check his inventory. I will keep this business in mind for the future!
