George was awesome! My Tesla was completely dead. He came out to tow it out of a packed parking garage, which was an incredible feat. Then he proceeds to figure out a way to start the car that the Tesla support people couldnt figure out. Then he decides to not even tow the car but instead let me drive away and reduces the price to a service visit vs a tow. I cannot speak highly enough about Suburban. I was super impressed all around. Good folks
