good luck getting any information from them about your vehicle. they never answer the phone.
Got into an accident and was told my car was being towed here. Everywhere on their website and online says 24 hours but this is not true. They would not let me get in to get the things out of my car because they only allow 8:30-3:30 m-fr and appointment only on the weekends which you can also only make during the scheduled hours that aren’t advertised anywhere. Absolutely ridiculous that you have to jump through all of these hoops just to access your own car. Would not recommend
Driver 68 helped me immensely. I broke down on the interstate and he arrived quickly to help me. Very knowledgeable about what happened to my vehicle. Drove my car on his flatbed from Middletown, KY to Taylorsville. He made the whole experience go smoothly and he was very nice. Would definitely use his help again!!!
