9/15/25 I was supposed to be picked up at 7:00am for a 8:00am Dr appointment I wasn’t picked up until 8:30am then called after my appointment was done at 9:30am and didn’t get picked up until 11:00am. At lease they got me to my whereabouts safe that’s the only reason I gave them a 2 star. I hope next time I’ll have a great trip where Im picked up on time and don’t have to wait 90 mins to be picked up.

If you value your safety don't deal with this company. I constantly see their drivers tailgating, cutting people off, speeding, running stop signs and lights.
If I could give them a negative rating I would. They’ve made me late so many times AND I’ve had to pay for missing appointments AND I lost a really good doctor because of them. They’re terrible DO NOT USE
