Pickup at 8:00pm went well. Driver was on time and very pleasant. The return pick up was a horse of a different color. Pickup was scheduled for 6:30am today. They never showed up. I called to inquire about the Pickup and was told that they were waiting for driver. Long story short after waiting about 1.5 hrs and many calls my son came to pick me up. They are awful your either going to be late to your appointment or you’ll be waiting for hours to get picked back up to go home! They left me waiting for almost 3 hours before I was fed up and ordered a Uber!! They used to be great but now they took on to many Medicad patients because they are greedy and it shows!! If I could leave a negative zero I would.
I missed my CT Scan because they didn't show up. I called x3 and each time they told me the cab would be to me in 10mins. My appt time came and went. My 2nd appt for that day they actually did show up and the driver told me their dispatch is in the Philippines! No wonder people wait 1hr + for return trips! I had to reschedule 2 appts because of this the scan and the follow up with the DR. I won't be using them again!
After having 2 drivers this am, both were punctual, friendly and very helpful, I would definitely use them again
Phone call 30 minutes prior to pickup time, then ride was 1 hour late costing me a penalty from health care provider.
