If you value your safety don't deal with this company. I constantly see their drivers tailgating, cutting people off, speeding, running stop signs and lights.
If I could give them a negative rating I would. They’ve made me late so many times AND I’ve had to pay for missing appointments AND I lost a really good doctor because of them. They’re terrible DO NOT USE
Over two and a half hours waiting for a taxi to pick me up from Liberty resources they showed up an hour late and I'm waiting to go home and it's been over 2 and 1/2 hours and I'm up on the North side they turn around and said oh your ride is in Seneca Turnpike on the south side of Syracuse that's ridiculous I got another 40 minutes never taken this taxi again
Not a client but nearly got crushed by one of their drivers today, when he failed to obey the yeld sign, getting onto 690 westbound from Thompson Rd. at an unbelievable speed…cut me off, I was able to not lose control of my car and he never even attempted to slow down. Less than a couple hundred feet ahead he barely missed rear ending another vehicle as he zigzaged on 690. That was his pattern until I exited. Tried calling the company since I have the van’s number.
