I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone the ones that are good at Thier job they don't keep because they don't care about anybody.i wouldn't even give this company 1 star my advice would be to go to another company.all they care about is money they don't care about how they treat anybody they transport.

I have used suburban transportation now for a month over 20 rides now, I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN ON TIME!!!! I Scheduled a week ahead of time a extra hour and a half before appointment and still I have NEVER BEEN ON TIME.!! I'm done with this money greedy over booking company..
The worst ride of her life! Suburban Transportation Inc. was recommended to us by the hospital so we didn't know any better. The company did not contact the driver confirming payment so we sat with our poor Mom in the hospital hallway while the driver confirmed this. We were taken to a BACK hospital door to load her into a badly maintained van. No awning. Rain falling all over the patient. No umbrella offered.
