Full disclosure I have never used their service but whomever was driving vehicle #6 today, a beat up Toyota Camry they not only were driving recklessly but their passenger was smoking cigarettes in the vehicle which pretty sure that’s not good for other passengers that will be picked up and really unprofessional of a transportation company

I'd give this company a 0 star if possible I could. My wife waited almost 3 hours at a dialysis center to be returned back to a nursing home. Absolutely, unnecessary and irresponsible from this company. Very rarely Are they ever on time for either pickup or delivery?

Without a doubt the worst ride service I’ve ever had to endure. Bad drivers who show up at the wrong time in beat up dirty vehicles. I was just picked up for a doctors appointment at 8:42 for an 8:45 drop off a half hour away. If you deal with MTM call, escalate to a supervisor, then ask to not be assigned Suburban, they’ll switch you to Lyft, much better service. How on earth this company has lasted this long is… a topic for investigation, I’m sure.

Just had a ride from Zameer.. he was amazing. Extremely considerate of my injury and limitations from an emergency room visit. This was the best ride I've ever had from a taxi company. I pray that all my rides will have a amazing driver like him .
