Had a problem with an order recently...tried re-ordering by phone, and made an error on the quantity. Contacted Suburban a couple of days later and spoke with a young lady. Immediately rectified the error and modified the order before shipping. No charges, no harm, great customer support. TY!
Our driver has been great. Always there on his scheduled date, communicates with us and does a great job.
