Hello, to ever can see or will see this review. I'm a patient with Dr. Jones at Suburban Orthodontist at 1050 Abbott Rd. But he has other locations. I cannot tell you what a great doctor he is and the level of expertise, along with his amazing professional staff. I've needed braces since I was a kid and received my braces back in February, and this guy is just awesome with his knowledge and the time that he takes with each individual patient. This doctor is great he does a great job on my teeth. I would refer him to friends, family or anyone looking for orthodontic services. Dr. Jones is the best.
Dr. Jones use to be amazing, see how I said use to! If I could put negative star's I would. My insurance switched, the office was to incompetent to send in the correct information, they sent in another child's information. I called the office over 15 times no one ever called me back. I would even call the insurance company to find out what was needed, to let them know. The office wouldn't see us because they wanted the insurance to pay, even after I offered to pay cash.
