The only place I’ve purchased high quality outdoor furniture for 10 years.
Owner gave horrible customer service. Barely talked. Was rude and demanding of me. Refused to provide me an itemized receipt for propane I purchased with my company credit card. Talked to me like I was a kid causing trouble when all I wanted to do was give him money. Strange. Other workers were nice and friendly but will not be going back.
We bought a "woodlike" round patio table and 4 chairs back in 2020. We noticed during the summer of 2024 that part of the table had a few cracks that were starting to develop where screws had been placed to hold it together. I called Suburban Leisure and sent some photos through email. They had it fixed in no time. They stood by their product and fixed it without hassle!
We had incredibly friendly service from staff who seemed genuinely appreciative of our business. We bought the polywood products hoping they will last longer than the pretend wicker garbage we've bought from the big box stores- fingers crossed (but this came with a huge warranty!).
Just not our cup of tea as far as getting something from here plus way over priced.
