Hired them to file bankruptcy for wife and I. Paid close to $1700 in 2013. Did our initial debt education in May and gotten evasive answers or blown off since. Now this year getting creditors writing off debts, that haven't been paid since 2013 on this firms advice, and reporting it as income to IRS. Now it is a debt to government that can't be bankrupted.
