I have bought two MTB bikes in the last 6 months from Surburban Bikes and had an excellent experience both times. Both bikes were very popular and difficult to find but they had them in stock at the store for an excellent price. Friendly and skilled staff are just icing on the cake

I went there to get a new tube for my tire and it was done in about 10 minutes. The next day the new tube popped because there was a small tear in the tire that caused both tubes to pop. I took the bike back, and after I asked if they could, they gave me the new tube for free since they didn't notice the rip in the tire the first time which I greatly appreciated.

My daughter’s Huffy bike chain came loose and I was prepared to take it in and leave it a few days to get fixed. When I took it in, the man behind the counter, who was working on another very intricate bike, took a brief look at it; took it right back to his work bench; tightened a few screws; and sent us on our way. He was so generous with his time and with us. Will definitely be back here for future bike needs!
