I very rarely write reviews but this one had to happen. It's been a long time since I've experienced this level of customer service. I recently picked up a new mountain bike and the time they spent making sure it was dialed in for me and that I understood all of the features/specs was so beneficial. I don't even own a bike, but I keep coming back in here. Colin has provided bicycle service for everyone else in my family, and he always does so with a smile. He's informative, efficient, and courteous. I always look forward to visiting Suburban Cycles, and, who knows, maybe someday I'll even buy a bike for myself. This will certainly be the first place I shop!
