Great experience at Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I recently bought a Ram Limited and the whole process was smooth and professional. The staff was very helpful, answered all my questions, and made everything easy. I’m very happy with my truck and highly recommend them.
My wife sent her Jeep Cherokee in for the usual service, and they diagnosed an oil leak and said the car needed a new battery. Abi gave an estimate of 3,200 to fix it and my wife agreed. 9 days later, Abi, who is the service person in charge, called and said the leak was fixed and they were test-driving it. The engine developed a problem, and she needed $ 12,000 to $ 15,000 to fix it.
