Had a great time buying a used car from Nakiyah. She was very accommodating with scheduling a time to come in, and was very efficient to get my transaction processed!
This place should get ZERO stars for their customer service. Had an appointment for an oil change to show up, not get greeted for 15 minutes to only be told they were out of oil as of yesterday. Why didn’t they call their appointments to reschedule, bc they don’t care about wasting your time and lazy. They didn’t even apologize or feel bad about not being considerate of my time. Very shameful and advise you to bring your business elsewhere.

I went in to their service department for a diagnosis and possible repair about a week ago. Out of that experience, I would advise anyone I care about to stay far away! The only reason I gave them one star was because I couldn't figure out how to give them a minus 5 ! I won't be surprised if Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Ann Arbor gives the same canned response that they have to so many other negative reviews. Talk like that is cheap and meaningless. Corrective action is what counts.
