Why does this dealer take so long between drop off, to running diagnostic, to identifying problem, to repairs, and completion? I have gone to many jeep dealers around the nation as a military family moving all the time and have never seen a dealer like this one, working so slow. Is it the economy, lack of tech-mechanics, supplies, or parts?
I drove almost 50 miles to test drive a Jeep but we couldn’t agree on a price that day. I kept receiving multiple texts and emails from the dealership asking if I was still interested. It took me a couple weeks but I reached out to Annie and said I finally had the funds and she came back with “we have fixed pricing and don’t negotiate.” I sent her a screenshot between the salesman and myself and her exact words were “let me look into this and get back with you.” This was 10 days ago. Just a bad place, they’ll sell you a car without an inspections saying it’s free of damage, literally push you into the car. Sell you a truck you don’t want without telling you the purchase price, dance around it “you can afford it” until you sign, very very pushy people. I know that’s how they work but manipulation is the number one goal here. Yeah they get you approved after running your good standing credit 17 times. Horrible service. I am currently leasing a 2024 Jeep Cherokee 4e - my experiences with Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Ann Arbor and Stellantis are terrible. At 5000 miles (about 6 months after lease), the push ignition went in a failure loop and could not turn off the care- there is no hard stop, off option on the vehicle and you can’t access the battery – this occurred at 11 PM at night in Rochester and when I called Stellantis – they stated they could not authorize a tow truck into the AM, I had to let the vehicle run for 8 hrs in the ... read more
