We worked with TJ Jenkins, he was great but the whole process in total took a long time.
Repair Service experience BAD. I called to schedule an appt., Maria said they had appt.’s for Friday (before the long week-end) at 7:30 am , 8:30 am, and 9:30 am. I said great, I’ll take 7:30 am. I dropped the car off the night before and assumed with being able to book an appt, that someone would indeed look at it at that time. Instead I get a call at 7:30 am and was informed that they may look at my car today but may not because they have a lot of vehicles to finish before the weekend. I had a great experience getting into a new jeep. I was there at the beginning of August. I decided to come here just based off of the pricing. I worked with Scott the service manager and it was nothing but a good experience. I will most likely end up coming back and buying my son his first car as well. I highly recommend the store for your vehicle purchase or even service as they have no problem getting my vehicle taken care of in a timely manner.
I traveled 2 hours to come in very early this morning (8/28) to look at a vehicle and was welcomed by the manager, Scott Greene. From the start, he made the process easy and walked me through each step, listening carefully to everything I had to say. I also received a tour of the store and service department, where I met the service manager. The entire experience was outstanding—I couldn’t be happier that I chose a Lithia store over these other local stores.
Great place to purchase or service your Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram prices are completive and the service department has turned around under new management! Scott Hall is the service manager for over a year now, He will bend over backwards to help you out! give them a try even if you had a bad experience under the old management this new team rocks! wait times have decreased and in most cases they offer same day diagnoses
