I have leased 2 cars through this dealer and this past lease is the worst experience I have yet to have!! It took 2 WEEKS to “ground” the car (had I not informed my sales representative it never would have been turned in!) I later received an invoice that there was a transfer fee of financial institutions that I was never informed of, but this was strongly disputed. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Thomas at the Jeep dealership in Ann Arbor. I had made an appointment to bring my vehicle in for recall work and braking issues. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, Thomas’s response was essentially, “I can’t do anything for you today.” I understand that dealership repairs, particularly recall work and diagnostics, can take several days. If I could give it a -0 I would this place is the most unorganized unprofessional irresponsible dealership I ever experience. And the manager there she tell you anything she don’t give care about nobody if you go there it’s at your own risk. I learned the hard way I would never go here ever again.
