I contacted Joe Manges of Suburban Appeal 4 weeks prior to the cut off date for appeals, Monday, October 2, 2023. They informed me Saturday, September 30, 2023, at 10:30 am thru email that they would not appeal....too late for us to contact another appeal firm or do anything about it. Not very reliable or professional.
