After looking forward to my purchase, they were too big. After getting in touch I was told there is a no return policy on limited edition sneakers When you click on link about refunds on limited sneakers, I did not read such a thing it gives you an impression you can exchange
Like many others have commented, deviously bury returns policies in the fine print. No store in Sydney to try sizes and fail to allow returns policies - even if it is to change sizes. Stay clear
Just reiterating what other people have said about the online store. Don't waste your time purchasing online unless you know your size or have tried it on already. I recently bought shoes that don't fit and planned to return them, but was declined because they were considered 'limited release'. There is no flexibility for exchanges or store credit. Just a heads up the store has closed down
ONLINE : Shocking service for the online store with inflexible policy which was NOT made clear at point of sale. My partner bought two pairs of trainers and when we tried to return our purchases and the return got declined, we didn’t even know why. That is how unclear it was at time of purchase. We were then informed that it’s because the shoes are limited and can’t be returned. If this was clear at point of sale, we would have bought from another business and avoided taking the risk.
