ONLINE : Shocking service for the online store with inflexible policy which was NOT made clear at point of sale. My partner bought two pairs of trainers and when we tried to return our purchases and the return got declined, we didn’t even know why. That is how unclear it was at time of purchase. We were then informed that it’s because the shoes are limited and can’t be returned. If this was clear at point of sale, we would have bought from another business and avoided taking the risk. Absolute appaling customer service and blatantly they lie about their return policy. Check the screenshots I took from their own site. I bought a shoe that didn't fit me, tried to return it and they refused. Worst customer support I have ever seen, do not buy from these folks.
Overal 5/5 online shopping experience. I finally was able to get my hands on the nike air rifts and it came perfectly packaged - secure and even with a little personalised thank you note which was nice. Definitely will be repurchasing from them again. Selection of shoes are quite nice on their website too.
