Very disappointing customer service. Purchased a pair of shoes online in my usual size, but they were too small. The shoes were unworn and in original condition, yet I was told they were a “limited release” item and could not be returned or exchanged. Their return policy is far too inflexible for online shoe purchases, where sizing isn’t always guaranteed. Think twice before buying here online.
Subtype is hands down the best destination in town for premium sneakers and streetwear! Their curated selection is always on point, and the store aesthetic is incredible. The staff are super knowledgeable and helped me pick out a fresh pair. The best part? It’s a perfect central spot—after bagging some great kicks, we just walked over to Izakaya Miyazaki for an amazing grilled dinner. The absolute perfect weekend combo of shopping and food!
