Very disappointing customer service. Purchased a pair of shoes online in my usual size, but they were too small. The shoes were unworn and in original condition, yet I was told they were a “limited release” item and could not be returned or exchanged. Their return policy is far too inflexible for online shoe purchases, where sizing isn’t always guaranteed. Think twice before buying here online.
