I was disappointed with the customer service from one of the female staff members. From the moment I tried on the sneakers, her attitude was not welcoming. When I purchased the shoes, she handed them to me without properly checking the item. After completing the purchase, I realized the box contained a completely different product. I had to point it out and ask for an exchange. Although the issue was fixed, there was no apology for the mistake. Great, great experience at the store this morning! Was serviced very well by Jimmy and later had a great conversation with him and Malena. They were both super lovely and knowledgeable on their products and the history of the relevant culture. Will be back again while I'm still in Brisbane :)

DONT BUY FROM HERE. I really wanted to support Subtype, a local business with cool brands. Unfortunately, their returns policy is extremely rigid. My partner bought a pair of shorts that didn’t match the size description and they refused any exchange or store credit, even after escalating the issue. The fine print on sale items is too strict, so I’d advise shopping elsewhere to avoid the hassle.
