Heidi has been an incredible guide on my journey, her body work began with massage, which always helped me to be more relaxed, more pain free and more mindful of my body’s needs. Which lead me to work with her on body awareness. Any time I spend with her is insightful, inspiring and just what was needed to lean into my needs and talents. She is caring, knowledgeable, intuitive and so talented. I appreciate all she has helped me to unlock and embrace about myself.
Working with Heidi is amazing. Her ability to hold space paired with her immense knowledge and Intuition is exactly what you want in a body worker. Hands down the most phenomenal body worker/masseuse I’ve ever seen. She cured what I thought was chronic tendinitis in both my hands/arms in a few sessions. I’ve continued to see Heidi every month for nearly 4 years now for tune ups and to support my overall health and wellness and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. Heidi is so kind, intuitive, supportive, and skilled I’ve referred countless friends and my parents to her as well. Can’t recommend her enough!
