She finds all of your tight spots and muscle knots and works them out so you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I could feel the improvements in my mobility during my swim, bike, and run workouts over the weekend. Get in and see Verna for a massage as soon as you can - she is amazing!

This was one of the most relaxing, refreshing, and therapeutic massages I have experienced in a long time. I don't recall a 60-minute session that moved so slowly. I was beginning to believe I was receiving a 90-minute massage. That, friends, is a sign of a relaxing session worth every minute and dollar.
