If you haven’t checked out Sublime Face & Body for a massage, you are missing out! I booked a 90 minute massage with Verna last week and it was magical. She finds all of your tight spots and muscle knots and works them out so you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I could feel the improvements in my mobility during my swim, bike, and run workouts over the weekend. Get in and see Verna for a massage as soon as you can - she is amazing!

Verna is a miracle worker! She is very kind and professional. Verna discussed with me my focus areas before we got started and did such a wonderful job massaging with just the right amount of pressure. The ambience of the room is so relaxing the second you walk into the door. She also used hot stones near the end that topped this experience perfectly! I will be booking with her again and also would highly recommend!
