Always had good remedial massages here, but the sauna and cold plunge area in the back is amazing. The decor is very wholesome and comforting. You have a few different saunas to choose from (2x Finnish, 1x infrared) and two cold plunge tubs, and a cold water bucket as well. The relaxation area to chill between sessions is so lovely, with the sound of running water from the fountains to serenade you while the endorphins kick in. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing and welcoming, and the facilities were excellent.
Great experience, was such a nice area and they were really helpful with guiding us through the different activities. Would highly recommend.
Incredible space! I absolutely love the contrast between the natural feel of the space and the contrast therapy- it makes you feel like you’re in a completely different environment. I really enjoyed both the infrared and Finnish saunas, and the whole space feels so relaxing. A little tip for anyone trying it out: definitely add the Aufguss experience! It’s such a small add-on that's free of charge, but honestly makes the whole experience 10x better. Such a unique recovery space in South Perth. Definitely recommend!
There are three saunas and two cold plunge pools, each with different temperatures, so I really enjoyed trying them all! The whole place was very clean and beautiful, and the relaxation area was perfect for unwinding. I had such a great experience and will definitely use the recovery room again!
