We were looking for some assistance with transporting my mother (in a wheelchair) to my wedding. Subee were fantastic from the very first phone call, making the process so easy and stress free, and being flexible when things changed. Great service, great company! I would recommend Subee to anyone needing transport/social support for their loved ones.

We are only new to Subees but after our experience with our last provider we can’t thank them enough. So far we have only had one woman that we don’t ever want back. The young lady who is helping us with our domestic service is a pleasure to see each week. Thanks.
Lack of communication within “team leaders” to staff to clients. How the “supervisors” and “team leaders” got their jobs within SuBee New Lake Newcastle is beyond me. They refuse to give out references by Australian Workers Rights Law THEY MUST GIVE OUT a reference! Stay clear of this company at all costs! They don’t even deserve 1 star.
