Newlake provides quality aged care, home nursing, respite care, disability support and youth emergency relief support, as well as, staff placement services to aged, disability services and related residential facilities.

We are only new to Subees but after our experience with our last provider we can’t thank them enough. So far we have only had one woman that we don’t ever want back. The young lady who is helping us with our domestic service is a pleasure to see each week. Thanks.
Lack of communication within “team leaders” to staff to clients. How the “supervisors” and “team leaders” got their jobs within SuBee New Lake Newcastle is beyond me. They refuse to give out references by Australian Workers Rights Law THEY MUST GIVE OUT a reference! Stay clear of this company at all costs! They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Staff are welcoming and understanding, attention to details and staff provide great care. Staff willing to help at short notice. Would recommend and use again
