Communication during repairs was great. I even got a video. However the person I scheduled service with did not actually put my comments in the notes for the mechanics. Most importantly, I spent several thousands of dollars on repair and labor just to pick up my car with a low washer fluid alert. I think the fact that fluids weren't topped off to the point I get into the car for a visual and audible alert upon picking it up about low washer fluid is highly disappointing.
