Great place for stop
My 27 year old daughter was driving my 2015 Outback and drove over something that resulted in 2 flat tires. Not knowing the area, she asked to be towed to Subaru Stamford. After determining that the tires couldn't be repaired, they stated that they weren't permitted to replace just 2 tires (even after she suggested moving the 2 good tires to the front and putting the 2 new tires in the rear) and quoted $1,200 to replace 4 tires plus an alignment. Stopped in at 5:30 after hitting a monster pothole on the highway and experiencing some wobbling. Even without an appointment Jay took my car for a spin and visually inspected my tires to find the problem— a bend on the interior of the rim. He did a water test and assuaged my concern for the car’s immediate safety. If this is how they treat a drop in, the full service must be wonderful. Thanks again Jay!
Was very unhappy with STARLINK. They could not find my account (paid November 4). My wife had a flat and she had to pay $95 to initiate the call. They said 60-90 minutes. At 90 minute., we got Text which said 60 minutes. 30 minutes later they said 5 minutes. Soon after they stated they could not complete the call. The very nice phone assistant had to find another tow company to come.
