Questionable baiting on auto loan rates. They advertise 3.9% but won't disclose the number of months tied to the loan when I call. The percentage rate means nothing without disclosing the terms. Time for a complaint to the FTC.
I have spent hours with Chase Finance and Subaru Motors. Absolutely the worst!!!. I got transferred 4 times on one phone call each wait being 45 minutes. they can't find the check I overnighted in to Ft Worth. A mess.!!! Should have paid $800 to dealer to do this work. Never again!!! Betty E
