coach chris is amazing i’d definitely recommend training at Suarez!
I worked with Tom this summer on some nagging hamstring and elbow issues. Thanks to him I was able to return to hard training and compound lifts. I had a fantastic experience with Tom and the whole practice in general. I Would highly recommend, especially for any athlete or athletic person looking to return to performance.
