Super helpful and fast. I had a flat that they fixed on the spot. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. It would have been even quicker, but we had so much fun talking to the lovely woman at the counter. Thanks!

Bought an Otso Waheela C here and couldn't be happier with it! Matt and Laura found the perfect bike for my goals and made sure it fit me before bringing it home. They're both extremely personable and knowledgeable; you won't find a better bike shop in Wisconsin (or anywhere else) 👍👍
I can't thank or recommend my local bike shop enough! I was under 24 hours from a triathlon and ran into a mechanical problem likely caused by some prior shortcut taken by somebody else who had worked on my bike. Laura responded to my inquiry right away and Matt expertly diagnosed and fixed it all an hour before the shop closed with a smile and without seeming put out at all by my last minute needs. Thank you all so much, the bike worked great during the tri!
