On April 26th I subscribed online to receive 8 issues (two years) of Su Casa Magazine. Almost 4 months afterwards I have never received a single issue. I called the publisher in Albuquerque at least 6 times to ask what was the problem. They didn't know. So I patiently kept waiting. Today I called to cancel my subscription. The customer service said that it takes 6-7 weeks to receive the refund! Hopefully, after 6 months of waiting I will have received a refund for the magazines I never got
