This is an incredibly wonderful place. We purchased two chairs from Su Casa to replace highly damaged ones we had just returned to a different, national chainstore. The prior experience with that national chain was a protracted nightmare. Turning to Su Casa, my wife and I were initially impressed with the professionalism, attentiveness, and patience of this local Su Casa store. Customer service was stellar by multiple employees. Friendly, helpful, patient, problem solving, creative staff. Owner friendly and approachable. Showroom with a myriad of interesting, well crafted furniture options. Easy to navigate and identify what may work in your home. Not too cluttered. Tastefully decorated. Possibly the most impressive customer experience I've ever had. In early April, I purchased outdoor furniture at Su Casa’s warehouse sale (Ocean View location). We opted to have the pieces delivered/placed in our garage until the weather warmed up. A couple of weekends ago, it was time to move everything from the garage at the rear of our house to the front porch (up 10 stairs to the deck). The chairs were easy, but the table proved otherwise.
