Not one signal used on the highway, swerving in between lanes, driving in the far left lane. We got off the highway on finch and he was going 90 in a residential area with families. I saw him almost scrape a car and attempt to flee
Driver almost killed me trying to run me off the road, had to contact police. BEWARE
