my first time getting peirced, im not great with needles and they were really chill about it. gave me a minute before doing my other earlobe and even gave me a bottle of cold water since I was sweaty and discolored, I did plan to go somewhere else but that location was closed. this place seemed really god and I wouldn't be against getting more here if I ever get more peircings. really chill environment, the two people that were there were really nice and explained the cleaning process for me.
