Beautiful surroundings, lovely hosts and spectacular wine...one of our FAVORITES!
I discovered this jewel of the Willamette Valley with a group of ten wine aficionados almost 20 years ago. None of us has ever found a better Pinot Noir. All of us still visit the winery and buy their wines. It would be difficult to find a family, now second generation, more committed to making quality wines. You won’t meet nicer people.
Collin from Styring Vineyards came out to our art museum council event and did a tasting of three of his award winning wines for us. His enthusiasm for his local family owned business and the art of winemaking was refreshing. All three in wines, a Pinot Noir rose, a white, and their Signature Pinot Noir were excellent in taste and bouquet. Our members thoroughly enjoyed them. If you have the opportunity I recommend visiting the winery up on Ribbon Ridge near Newberg when they are open for tastings.
Smooth rich Pinot
the best of the true Oregon pinot noirs we have ever tasted, and our extended family has tasted a LOT of them. we live in California and have realized the better pinots are from the Pacific Northwest for our palates. after enjoying dozens of Oregon's best, these are the most stellar. the Styrings have very nice to visit. beautiful setting...and are very nice and reasonable family...multiple professional highest praises and awards with relatively low prices, also for their other great varietal choices. you will NOT be disappo... read more
