We were early for a 1pm pick up traveling from MCO to Port Canaveral. This company transports to hotels & the port. The shuttle that came at 1pm was for the hotel. That driver wasnt helpful in explaining why our names weren't on the pick up list. I had to call to get that info. The person on the phone claimed there was another Shuttle right after that one left. 25 minutes later- no Shuttle, no contact from the company; so, I called again. No apologies for running behind.
