This store has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff are extremely rude, unprofessional, and refuse to take accountability for their mistakes. Instead of treating customers fairly, they play games with pricing and make excuses when they’re caught. It’s very clear that they pick and choose who they give “special treatment” or discounts to, while the rest of us are left paying full price and getting terrible service. Very terrible business, they were dishonest with the price we agreed earlier, then delivered a L-Shape grey sofa and refused to setup. The old bald man never discussed set-up charge as part of the sale transaction and filled "no" on the form,I understood that as free set-up. Then he was very dismissive and defensive when I insisted it was misrepresented, a very rude and condescending man because I'm a young woman. They lack integrity in that store and you need to clearly detail a transaction.
Horrible service. Never buy from here unless you want couches that last a few weeks
