Understanding that this customer owns a store and also sells vapor products...he should already be well educated and know that leaving a battery in a charger after it is fully charge will burn up the board in a non-rated cheap charger. This is the type of business owner and customer that will engage into rudeness just to be notice. Policies are set in place to protect not only the customer, but the standards of any professional business. I have been a customer and in business for myself for decades now, I have never seen worst customer service than what I have experienced there. I bought a battery charger, not expensive, a $15 item. I went home and instead it charged my battery, it drained it. It obviously had a problem. I take it back, they test it and they say yes, it's not working but we can't exchange it because we have a no exchange or refund policy!!!!
