I love the fabrics here! High quality for a reasonable price. The best part is all the ladies who work here and are super friendly and creative. They offer lots of notions and classes as well.
The best place for all your quilting needs
I love Bernina, the people that work there are awesome and helpful, but the best service they provide is sewing machine repair and maintenance. The gentleman, Brandon, is so knowledgeable and very good at repairing any issue your machine has. He takes the time to explain the issue and will show you what he did and what you can do to fix it if it happens again (if its an easy fix) they are very reasonable priced. Highly recommend!
Wonderful store! The staff was very welcoming and kind. They knew where everything was and were very helpful. They had a fabulous selection.
Highly recommend! Brandon spent an hour troubleshooting an old Bernina machine with me… via FaceTime! I live a few hours away and he said let’s save the time and gas and see if we can solve this on a video chat. I am amazed by the care and concern he showed me. I was just calling to see when the last service date was, and he went above and beyond to help me make the adjustments myself, we even had a few laughs. My machine is up and running again, not in the trash where I wanted to throw it! Thank you Brandon!
