Elisa was the rudest salesperson I have ever come across. She is unprofessional and sloppy with her customer service, and especially, disgustingly rude. I will never be returning to this shop again as Elisa has completely ruined this shopping experience for me.
I use to enjoy shopping here, and the previous staff approx 12 months ago would be so lovely, bubbly and helpful. Every time I come in or past now I’m not greeted, the staff are rude or standing at counter or unseen in general. I do not recommend, shop online instead.

Hi Style Runner Team, I am a loyal customer and usually purchase my footwear from Style Runner. However, during my visit to the Warringah Mall store today, I was disappointed with the level of customer service. The salesperson assisting me appeared short-tempered and unprofessional, which made the experience uncomfortable. I value the brand and its products, but I believe customer service at this location could be improved to better reflect the standards of Style Runner. Kind regards,
