Holy I’ve never had worse customer service. The women here pretty much chucked my bag at me when I purchased shoes. Horrible experience and unlike one I’ve had in any other style runner before. Seriously disgusting behaviour
Really great experience, ruby was especially friendly and helpful, giving me honest opinion about the clothes I tried on. When I returned the next day to exchange the jeans, she was again really polite and helpful :)
