Went into Stylerunner in a last ditch effort to find shoes I wanted, met by the lovely Scarlett who went out of her way to find me a different coloured pair to then be able to order mine online for me. Got a discount and delivery to my door next week. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Scarlett, friendly, smiley and attentive, that’s exactly what the world should be about. I had a great experience last Thursday at style runner sunshine plaza, I went in to buy some new runners and the store assistant was super helpful, kind, knowledgeable and genuinely felt like I was shopping with a friend! When I was checking out both her an the other store assistant continued with the great service - keep it up girls ❤️
Online order received from Stylerunner Burnside. Boxes damaged. Tags cut off. Will never order from this company again. Will only use Hype or JD. Crap Service!
My wife has been in to this shop multiple times and has had several negative experiences with the staff. The girls always seem uninterested and downright rude.
I was served by a really friendly blonde chickie working today. She was super helpful and gave me the right balance of space to figure out my purchases but also assistance. Thank you!
