Loved my experience here, the team were so friendly and helpful
Disgusting customer service. 3 female staff members just talking to each other, paying no notice to customers or assisting. Came in to buy some Salomon’s but the customer service staff were rude, dismissive, making the whole experience uncomfortable, as if we were a burden. Bad customer experience isn’t something you want for your brand. Massive need for staff to probably go through some customer service training
Very disappointed with my experience at Stylerunner Parramatta. I contacted Stylerunner’s customer service about my faulty New Balance 9060 shoes and was advised to visit any store to resolve the issue. However, when I visited Parramatta and spoke with the manager, Jess, she told me she couldn’t do anything.
