amazing customer service! the assistant manager I believe her name is Jasmin. she was so so friendly and helpful. she made shopping super easy and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I need. thank you for such a great experience
Cute clothes but obnoxious staff/manager. You should treat any and every customers who walk in your store equally and not base on their look/clothing. Walked in yesterday in my uniform (okay, i wasn’t in my best look) after work to buy clothes and spent almost $200 on your products just to get absolutely ignored by your staff who too busy serving someone else with better clothes on but walked out buying nothing. Got sold the wrong size shoes and I live far so couldn’t return them but 100% the sales woman knew but just wanted to make a sale. I wanted a women’s size 8 and she gave me a men’s size 6 and said it was the same.
After visiting this place I was very pleased with the service and the beautiful employee Cynthia showed me around very nice service can wait to come back
Went in earlier this week and was served by the sweetest girl. She had the nicest set on which she said was from the store (great rep of the clothes may I add), had the best customer service and made me feel super comfortable trying on pieces and asking for her opinions on things. I genuinely could not have felt more comfortable and confident, such a great experience. I want to say her name was Cynthia but I could be wrong… she was unreal though, best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time.
