Customer service is awful. Despite it being quiet with no one in the store, two young girls did not attempt to help
Absolutely useless customer service. Walked in. Looked at shoes for 15 mins and no help. Had to ask for help. Despite 2 sales staff & no other customers. Placed shoes on floor. Walked away. Kept / chatting catching up while fluffing around with sakes rack. Finally came over to say ‘how did they go’. Hopeless. Hint for sales staff. No sales means no shop. No shop means no job.
Had a great experience in style runner yesterday, one because there was a sale, two as the lady serving me (Mia) I think was her name was an absolute pleasure, she was so friendly, and so patient with me trying on loads of sizes at nearly closing. She is a major credit to the store and I hope she gets to see this! Thanks Mia >3
Wonderful shopping experience, particularly with Ella, her patience, highly personalised service and eye for taste is terrific - dealing with Ella is highly recommend, best in the team.
OUTRAGEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Please do not shop here! Felt like such a huge inconvenience to the staff when you ask for a different size or even just to ask a question. They were also very rude, unapproachable and subtle racism was definitely in the mix comparing how lovely they were to white customers. If I could give zero stars, I would!
