We went in the store and my wife actually liked a couple of pieces. The staff working on 11 July totally put us off buying anything. There were three staff in attendance who talked to each other, then two went out the back and the last one just grunted when my wife tried to talk to her. There were a few other customers in the store, not being served. We basically ended up buying so many other pieces from four other stores during the day (pictured). I’d be furious if I was a business owner.
Thank you to the amazing Rebecca who served me this past Saturday! Rebecca was extremely warm and friendly and really went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed :) Her blonde colleague on the other hand lacked customer service skills and stood there ignoring my presence despite the fact I clearly needed help
Went in on Sunday and was served by Amelia. Her customer service, styling and product knowledge she gave was the best service I’ve had in a while. She also sold me her outfit she wore as she looked so stylish. Will definitely come back 😀
asked staff at the counter to check stock for a shoe size for me. she was looking at the screen the entire time and did not make any eye contact with me or smile… gen z lacks social and basic customer service…. bought shoes from another store after this poor encounter
