I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve consistently had disappointing experiences at the Karrinyyp store, despite shopping here weekly. It’s such a shame because it’s a great store, but the customer service has been very unprofessional! I’ve never once been greeted or asked if I needed help, and I’ve never been asked about having a customer profile either. I visit on both weekdays and weekends, so it seems to be an ongoing issue. Lovely shopping experience with Jayda - beautiful young lady who was very accommodating even to my mother in law who was buying sneakers … also very accommodating to myself as she found my fav shoes out the back as they weren’t out on the shelf - soooo happy and so nice to have a lovely experience shopping in the store
Love visiting this store :) the girls are always so helpful!! I love our chats!! Love StyleRunners active wear... I just went back to get another of the Lycra leggings 👌 And they stock Nude Lucy and so many other great brands. Love love love!! Thank you girls for another great experience. Horrendous customer service, particularly the manager. Ended up going to a different Stylerunner to have my issue resolved.
