I honestly expected a lot more from a store charging these luxury prices Instead, the sales assistants acted completely uninterested and gave me judgmental, condescending looks the moment I walked in. If you're going to slap ridiculously high price tags on basic clothes, the least you can do is teach your staff some basic manners and customer service. Never coming back.
Disappointed with the price discrepancy between in store and online caused me to have to pay more for the same product.
I’m really disappointed with the level of service at this store. I went in and politely asked to try on a pair of shoes. The staff member brought me one shoe, then went to find the other from the shelves—which was completely fine. However, she returned with the wrong size. When I politely pointed this out, her response and attitude made me feel as though I was the one being difficult or attacking her, when I was simply letting her know that she had brought me the incorrect size. Walked in and the two girls working completely ignored me, including when I looked in their direction for help. They continued their personal conversation, ignoring the other customers that also came in.
