I bought a pair of new season adidas pair . I was served by Evie, she so so helpful. My size was not available and she got it from another store and delivered to my place. The store is very clean and organized. I love shopping at Style runner Double Bay.
Yesterday I had a terrible experience at this shop. The retailers were rude and unhelpful. Very poor customer service.
lovely ladies work in this store and make shopping a dream - nice big change rooms - nice store layout. Been in 3 times this year and always good - the two women on Thursday evening 17/8/23 rocked) - friendly, down to earth, non pretentious and patient. I really enjoy shopping here - actually not good as I spend too much. If other stores were like this I’d be broke - haha!
I have just come from Style Runner Double Bay where Amelia was amazing. I am an XL size and Amelia directed me to the brands that would fit me and showed compassion and kindness when we were discussing my struggles to get something that fitted but still looked good. I will be a returning customer.
