amazing service from hannah today! i went to 3 stylerunner stores in 24 hours and this store BY FAR had the best service. hannah went above and beyond to handle my issue professionally and with a smile.
I came in about 4.45pm to your store on Thursday and had what seemed to be 3 employees working at this time all in the younger age bracket . Not one approached me but when I went to the blonde girl and asked if these particular 360 shoes that were absolutely on sale on your website she said they weren’t !! Lovely helpful girls at this store in Claremont. I bought a pair of shoes from hype DC that were so rude and ended up giving me the wrong size so I returned them and went next door to style runner their loss your gain great Shop.
II visited the store today with my daughter to buy some exercise gear, we walked in to see a few items I required. I liked a lovely TShirt, clearly showing a sign of further 30 percent off the marked price above it, as I took it to the counter I was told very impolitely the price was $ 39.95, I showed the young lady the sign and with a very rude abrupt manner was told this is what the price is!! and the further30 percent is on selected items only!!!! not this one!!! , look at the internet and you can see it yourself.
