I recently had a disappointing experience with the store. I purchased items on sale and specifically asked the staff whether I could return them if I changed my mind. She assured me that I could. But, when I came back to store to return the items, another staff member informed me of the return policy, stating that I wouldn’t receive a refund. It was really frustrating, and it highlighted the poor customer service I encountered.
I bought two new active wear sets today and Kelly was so amazing! Helped me pick out so many different colours and sizes, great customer service!
Went to Chermside store today and got some amazing shoes!! But nothing compared to the phenomenal service we were greeted with. Hannah was amazing!! I asked for a few pairs of shoes and wasn’t too sure in sizes she had no issues once when I wanted another size or another shoe she was absolutely amazing!!! Thank you Hannah!
Absolutely beautiful store with quality products and quality friendly staff/service. Just wish I could have more money to spend in this store.
I went into Stylerunner Chermside today to get some new shoes. The two girls working were absolutely lovely and so helpful in finding the right size and perfect shoe for me. I honestly haven’t had customer service this great in a long time. Very happy with my purchase and will be back again!
