I just left this store. I had bought a bag as a gift and a pair of pants for myself. When I said it was a gift, instead of removing the price, they cut the tag off. They didn’t even have proper bags to put the items in. They crossed out the price and tied the tag back on with a knot. They wanted to give me a small bag with the pants inside and the bag sticking out. The girls seemed like they had never worked in that store before.

Came in today, with my Mum, and the staff were so lovely. Sweet Zoe helped us for ages, and made us feel so special and comfortable!

I was really excited to visit Stylerunner Bondi as I love the brand and was in need of new shoes. When I first walked in, I was the only one in the store, but I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged, even though there were a few staff members and it’s quite a small space. A little while later, other customers came in and were immediately helped, which made me feel a bit overlooked. It was disheartening and made me feel unwelcome. The staff at the Style Runner store in Bondi Junction were flat-out rude. They rolled their eyes when I tried things on and acted like helping was too much effort. No greeting, no interest, just bad attitude. Won’t be shopping here again.
