Really bad customer service at the Bondi store. I’ve been in that store about three or four times and each time, I was never greeted or spoken to what so ever. The staff stand behind the counter and talk amongst themselves. I even grabbed an item and went to the change room to try it on and still nothing. I’ve been to other locations and the staff have been lovely but Bondi store has been horrible.

I just left this store. I had bought a bag as a gift and a pair of pants for myself. When I said it was a gift, instead of removing the price, they cut the tag off. They didn’t even have proper bags to put the items in. They crossed out the price and tied the tag back on with a knot. They wanted to give me a small bag with the pants inside and the bag sticking out. The girls seemed like they had never worked in that store before.
