Superb range of quality brands and brilliant friendly service
Great clothes but did an online order weeks ago. No tracking number sent as yet. Have checked junk mail. The AI chat is terrible and of no use. I followed their instructions to create an account to follow it there and that was 'unable to load'. The AI just keeps repeeating itself. Can someone please tell me where order STRAU00779979 is. I ordered online for click & collect, turned out their inventory was wrong & they didn't have the product in store. They didn't transfer it from another store, collect it from a nearby store (where it was in stock) or even give me the option of paying $15 postage, just cancelled my purchase
