Great clothes but did an online order weeks ago. No tracking number sent as yet. Have checked junk mail. The AI chat is terrible and of no use. I followed their instructions to create an account to follow it there and that was 'unable to load'. The AI just keeps repeeating itself. Can someone please tell me where order STRAU00779979 is. I ordered online for click & collect, turned out their inventory was wrong & they didn't have the product in store. They didn't transfer it from another store, collect it from a nearby store (where it was in stock) or even give me the option of paying $15 postage, just cancelled my purchase
All previous reviews mentioning poor customer service at this store reflect my experience accurately. I left feeling uncomfortable and as though I was inconveniencing the girl behind the counter. The way I was spoken to was condescending and smug, which made what should have been a straightforward shopping experience unnecessarily unpleasant. We just left the store, We were browsing and wanted to ask for an adidas top, not even a single bit of attention or costumer service ! Disappointing for such a great brand.
