Absolutely terrible service from both workers on 23/4/26 Asked if we could purchase a pair of shoes using a buy now pay later service as a click and collect and to see if they could approve it if it went straight through to there system. Was rudely asked if we could just pay for them in store with our card and was told that it could go to a different store even after telling them there store was selected on the website. I want to recognise the girls who were working this afternoon/evening because they were absolutely amazing. They were efficient, kind, polite, and very attentive. It was my first visit, and their outstanding customer service made such a positive impression on me that I already know I’ll be coming back. I want everyone to know how wonderful they were. !!!!
Disgusting service, obviously extremely racist too. The 2 ladies working today, 27th December were extremely rude to my daughter, who works at culture kings and also has worked 3 12 hour shifts and just wanted to check out some Boxing Day sales. She was given a dirty look upon entry, they didn’t want to help her. Staff were counting money and vacuuming in front of customers and left about 6 people waiting at the counter for ages.
